We inspect every item before it is shipped out. Battery-operated items are tested and only shipped if they are in working order. However, if a battery-operated item fails to work within 30 days from date of purchase, we will gladly replace it or exchange it for a different item. If returning an item through the mail, you must contact us before returning that item. When returning a defective item, please make sure it is clean and include the original packaging (if you still have it). We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer (i.e. cracked, ripped or broken). If there is visible damage on a product that is returned for being defective, we will not be able to accept it. We cannot issue any refunds. We also cannot accept any book or DVD returns.
To protect the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept any returns on any non-defective merchandise.
Please shop carefully and contact us with any questions you have before placing your order. When checking out via our website, you are agreeing to our return policy.
Placing Your Order Online
Please make sure that you fill out the order form completely. We MUST have a valid phone number that matches the billing address for your credit card. We will not call you at this number unless the email address you provided to us does not work and there is a problem with your order or credit card number. We reserve the right to request further info from orders that appear suspicious.
Please be sure to include any apartment or suite number on your order. If your order is undeliverable because the apartment or suite number was not provided, you will be charged for re-shipment or any correction charged imposed by USPS.
After you place your order, you will automatically be emailed a confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours be sure contact us to make sure that we received your order. Once an order has ben shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If there are any questions or problems with your order we will contact you via email, so it is a good idea to check your email 24-48 hours after your place your order. Also, please make sure that your spam filter doesn’t filter out emails coming from early2bed.com. If you need to cancel your order, let us know right away as once the order is shipped out it cannot be canceled.
Placing your Order via the Mail
You are welcome to send in an order with a Money Order for the full amount. Just fill a basket online and begin the checkout process. When you get to the page where your shipping is calculated, print out the page and send it along with your payment (made out to Early to Bed) to 5044 N Clark st, Chicago, IL 60640. You can also send us a note with all the pertinent information, just be sure all your contact and shipping information is on the note.
If you are unsure of the total for you order, please contact us before you mail your order in. If we receive your order and there is not enough money included for shipping, we will be unable to process your order.

All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually within two – three business days via USPS Prioity Mail, but please allow up to eight business days for your order to arrive. While we make every effort to insure that all items on the website are in stock, from time to time an item that you ordered may be temporarily unavailable. If that is the case, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and you will have an opportunity to change or cancel your order. We are real people, not robots so we appriciate your patience with us especially around extra busy times like the holidays (trust us, you’ll appricte the fact that we are real people should you ever need our help!). Please know that we pride ourselves in working very hard to process orders quickly and make you as happy as we can!
USPS will return packages that are unclaimed. If a package is returned to us* and we have to reship it, the customer is charged for the reshipping, even if they have selected free shipping on the original order. If a customer decides that they do not want their order shipped again, it can be picked up at the shop or the order can be refunded (minus shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee).
*This includes packages that are unclaimed at the post office, refused or have a delivery address that was incomplete as given to us by the customer.
We ship all our packages discreetly in plain brown or USPS Priority Mail boxes. Sometimes we do use recycled boxes but they are from non-adult related companies. The return address used is ETB and/or the name of the shop’s owner (Searah Deysach). The boxes never indicate what is inside or why type of business we are. **Orders $15 or under order are only $6.50!
Please note the free shipping for orders $125 and above only applies to orders being shipped within the US. These orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. All orders over $75 require a signature upon delivery.
Express Shipment Options
For an additional fee we can ship your order via USPS Priority Mial Express. These items arrive 1 to 2 days after shipping (depending on your location). Deliveries may be made on Saturday (but are not shipped out on Saturday). If you order after noon (CST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your package will be shipped on Monday.
If you are having your expedited order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii we will ship via USPS Express Mail. These orders arrive in two business days.
Expedited orders must be received by 12pm Central Time to be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will go out the next business day.
*A business day is defined as a non-holiday weekday. Weekends are not considered business days.

If you live outside the US we are happy to ship orders internationally, but additional shipping charges are added to our normal shipping rate
If you are an international customer read our��International Shipping Policy before checking out. All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk. You will be sent an email to verify your address and that you understand our shipping policy. We cannot ship your order until you respond to that email. Please make sure that email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org is in your address book so it does not go to spam. If you do not get a shipping confirmation within in 3 days check your spam filer or email us!
For orders to Canada:
We ship via The United States Postal Service. You can expect your order to arrive in 6-10 days, but because customs has the right to detain packages for as long as they want, we cannot say for certain how long it will take to arrive and the usps.com tracking system is often not updated regularly. For all orders leaving the US, we cannot consider the package lost or missing until it has been 30 days since the shipment was sent.
For all other International Orders:
An additional fee is added to the normal shipping cost and items are shipped via The United States Postal Service.
You can expect your order to arrive in 1-3 weeks, although it may take as long as four weeks to arrive because customs has the right to detain packages for as long as they want, Please note that the usps.com tracking system is often not updated regularly. For all orders leaving the US, we cannot consider the package lost or missing until it has been 45 days since the shipment was sent.
For all International orders, please read this carefully:
We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels indicating the contents as “plastic toy”, “novelty item” “silicone molding” or “body lotion”, but we are required to indicate the contents inside. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area. Your phone number will also show up on the outside of your package as that information is required by our postal service in order to ship any packages outside of the US.
We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs. We also are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs. Orders can take up to four weeks to arrive.
We will not process any international orders that do not have the same billing and shipping addresses.We do not ship incomplete international orders, so if part of your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you and hold the order until it is complete.
All international orders are placed at the recipient’s risk.
